Warranty and return information
All products are sold new and sealed. The customer assumes the full responsibility for the purchase, and no refund will be issued.
Perhaps you've accidentally bought a Melagenina Plus instead of Vidatox or Coriodermina, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 7 business days to contact us and to exchange your purchase.
- email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform about your order
- ensure the item is unopened and unused and in their original packaging, which includes keeping any hygiene seals in place
- return your item to the returns address on your invoice
In case if a replacement product has higher price, we'll ask you to pay the difference. In case if a replacement product has lower price, difference in prices will be refunded. Refunds are credited to the original card you paid with and will take 5-7 business days to be credited to your account, depending on your card provider. But unfortunately, we can't pay for the cost of returning an item and the cost of re-sending unless the item is faulty or we've sent the wrong thing. And of course we can't accept a return if a product has been opened or used - you will lose your rights to return an item if you unseal a product that needs to be sealed for health or hygiene reasons.
