Warranty and return information
All products are sold new and sealed, each item is packed very carefully. We prefer to spend some more time and material for extra safe packaging, and to have our buyers fully satisfied when the order arrives.
The customer assumes the full responsibility for the purchase, and no refund will be made. Perhaps you've accidentally bought a Melagenina Plus instead of Vidatox or Coriodermina, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 7 business days to contact us and to exchange your goods.
- email us at email@example.com to inform about your order
- ensure the item is unopened and unused and in their original packaging, which includes keeping any hygiene seals in place
- return your item to the returns address shown in your invoice
In case exchanged goods have higher price, we'll ask you to pay the difference. In case exchanged goods have lower price, difference will be refunded. Refunds are credited to the original card you paid with and will take 5-7 business days to be credited to your account, depending on your card provider. But unfortunately, we can't pay for the cost of returning an item and the cost of re-sending unless the item is faulty or we've sent the wrong thing. And of course we can't accept a return if a product has been opened or used - you will lose your rights to return an item if you unseal a product that needs to be sealed for health or hygiene reasons.
