Cuba's Health Care undertakes to protect your privacy. When you are browsing our website, we do not collect any personal information about you. The only way we gather any personal information is when you knowingly give it to us. E.g. place an order via our website, send us an e-mail or register for our regular information updates.
Security
When you start the payment process on the Cuba's Health Care website, you are using embedded forms from a secure server using at least 128-bit encryption patterns. This means that sensitive information such as your credit card details cannot be intercepted and seen by anyone except payment provider.
Please note that we never ask a customer to confirm any account or credit card details. Cuba's Health Care never see your card details, we are just informed when your payment has been authorized by your bank.
3D Secure
The 3D Secure technology is designed to prevent an option of fraudulent card use by authenticating the cardholders at the actual time of the transaction and protect them against unauthorized use of the card.
The seller has no access to information about the client's payment card because all payment data is transferred exclusively through a secure channel. If the cardholder's bank also supports the 3D Secure standard, the cardholder is verified (authenticated) during the internet transaction (authorization).
MasterCard SecureCode Authentication
MasterCard SecureCode authentication requires the cardholder to register their card on the card issuer's website to take advantage of this service.
If you are registered, at the time of payment, a screen from your card issuer will prompt you to enter the unique personal code that you have registered with them. The card issuer then validates your personal code and approves the transaction.
If you are not registered, but the bank that issued your MasterCard supports SecureCode, you may be prompted to sign up for MasterCard SecureCode as you check out.
Verified by Visa Authentication
Verified by Visa (VbV) authentication requires the cardholder to register their card on the card issuer's website to take advantage of this service.
If you are registered, at the time of payment, a screen from your card issuer will prompt you to enter the unique personal code that you have registered with them. The card issuer then validates your personal code and approves the transaction.
If you are not registered, but the bank that issued your Visa card supports VbV, you may be prompted to enter your password or to sign up for VbV as you check out
Use of Personal Information
The information we receive is used to check the performance of our website and to help improve our services. This may include first name and surname, address, telephone number, email, and personal preferences as to the type of emails you wish to receive.
We will not share any of your personal details to other parties or companies except where necessary to process your order or payment. We do not send marketing emails to non-customers, personal email addresses (spam).
With your consent, you may receive up to one marketing email a week from Cuba's Health Care. All email marketing communications come with an unsubscribe link so that at any time you may give up them. Alternatively, please email info@cubamedicos.com with 'unsubscribe' in the subject line. However, please note that you will still receive order confirmation and dispatch emails.
Disclosure
Cuba's Health Care will provide a summary of any personal information held upon request. This information will only be sent to the email address within the file for the customer name associated with it. To obtain such a summary, please send an email to info@cubamedicos.com.
